Uali presented the Digitalization of Deposits at AOG PATAGONIA 2024
Recently, UALI had the honor of participating in the Digital Revolution Conference, the largest event in the oil and gas sector in Argentina, organized by the Argentine Oil and Gas Institute.
On this occasion and with Diego Dabos as a speaker on behalf of Uali, we presented our innovative project developed in collaboration with Pan American Energy: Remote Supervision of O&G Assets: Automatic Monitoring with Drones and Artificial Intelligence.
Key Results of Our Solution:
- More than 40 assets in the field toured per day.
- More than 80 daily missions successfully carried out.
- More than 25 km traveled daily.
- 16,650 images processed per month, allowing detailed and precise analysis.
- Automated inspection that reduces risks for operators and increases safety.
- Real-time detection of critical failures and anomalies, improving operational efficiency.
- Reduction of emissions with more than 2,000,000 kilometers eliminated annually on land routes.
This project not only optimizes the monitoring of oil facilities, but also promotes more reliable and sustainable operations. At Uali we are proud to lead the digital transformation in the energy industry together with great allies.
"At Pan American Energy, one of our greatest challenges and opportunities has been the implementation of advanced technology in our fields, with the objective of maximizing the value we provide in each of our roles." -Tomás Catzman, Production Operations Executive Manager at PAE
By empowering collaborators with robotics, IoT and artificial intelligence, we not only transform the way assets are monitored and operated at Cerro Dragón, but we also strengthen the safety, efficiency and sustainability of operations.
Next steps
Given the positive results, Pan American Energy seeks to continue expanding the digitalization of its facilities together with Uali, incorporating new artificial intelligence models, automated warnings, integration with its management systems and replicating active drones and docks in different fields.
The challenge has just begun! At Uali we combine drones with artificial intelligence to provide precise and actionable data to the energy industry, facilitating decision-making in the care of its assets and thus generating a positive environmental impact. Get to know us!
