Digital Transformation in O&G: UALI and Pan American Energy at AOG Patagonia 2024
Within the framework of the AOG PATAGONIA 2024 Digital Revolution Conference, organized by the Argentine Oil and Gas Institute, UALI is proud to present its innovative Remote Asset Supervision project in collaboration with Pan American Energy (PAE).
This project, which will be exhibited on Wednesday, October 23, addresses the digital transformation in the oil and gas sector, through the use of drones and the implementation of artificial intelligence. Its main objective is to eliminate "blind spots" that conventional sensors cannot detect, providing more comprehensive control of assets and optimizing operations.
Remote monitoring of assets using drones is revolutionizing operations in oil fields, increasing safety, reducing the exposure of operators, and reducing emissions derived from more than 2,000,000 kilometers traveled annually. This is achieved thanks to the collection of data in real time, processed through artificial intelligence on the UALI platform, trained with the knowledge and experience of PAE.
Critical events that this technology can detect include losses in the stuffing box, absence of belt covers, anomalies in the production bridge temperature, chemical skid levels, and more. The results not only demonstrate PAE's innovative capacity, but also the efficiency and speed of the solution offered by UALI in the development and deployment of drones and artificial intelligence systems.
At Uali we combine drones with artificial intelligence to provide precise and actionable data to the energy industry, facilitating decision-making in the care of its assets and thus generating a positive environmental impact. Get to know us!
