Uali was born in 2018 with the idea of solving a very common problem in the energy industry: How to prevent environmental risks, save costs, and analyze asset data quickly and easily? We knew it was not going to be an easy task, but we never forgot our main goal of driving a cleaner and more sustainable world.

We meet at the office three times a week and two days a week for you to work from wherever you want. We work half-day on Fridays.

Moments where we all come together for a common cause. Depending on the theme, they are scheduled in advance or generated spontaneously, and help shape Ualier's culture.
